Burnt Sugar Confectionery has one goal: to make people smile. Founder Melinda Norman has always had a passion for creating sweets with a touch of whimsy. During her years as a pastry chef, she took great joy in experimenting with new flavors and techniques. However as much as she loves to innovate with the new, she also pays tribute to the past. Bringing back old world recipes and sharing them with others is an important part of Burnt Sugars' mission.
